Methods of delivery

We usualy deliver air conditioners in all of the 27 countries of the European Union, but we can also deliver to other countries. As you may know, commerce between countries members of the European Union is free and no customs clearences are necessary.

We offer DAP - Delivered at Place (named place of destination) *additional cost may apply or EXW - Ex Works Bucharest.

• DAP, when we arrange the transportation to your place, the additional costs will be communicated after the order or prior if you send an email to contact@instarom.com telling us the country, city and the structure of your order.
• EXW - Ex Works Bucharest is when you pick up the goods from our warehouse, no additional costs from your part. The goods will be available and ready to pick up after email confirmation.

*Delivery cost is calculated according to weight and volume of equipment.

Examples:

• 1 euro-pallet, approximately 6 air conditioners with power 9000-12000 Btu/h cost about 200-250 EUR, result 34-42 EUR per air conditioner;
• 3 pallets, approximately 18 air conditioners with power 9000-12000 Btu/h cost about 100-150 EUR/pallet, resulting 16-25 EUR per air conditioner;
• 1 euro-pallet, approximately 4 air conditioners with power 18000-24000 Btu/h cost about 200-250 EUR, resulting 50-62 EUR per air conditioner;
• 3 pallets, about 12 air conditioners with power 18000-24000 Btu/h cost about 100-150 EUR/pallet, result 25-37 EUR per air conditioner;

Delivery is usually in 72-96 hours (3-4 days), anywhere in Europe.

Stock

Packaging

The air conditioners are in the original package as they come from the manufacturer. In the case of DAP delivery, all the goods are insured prior to the point that the goods are ready for unloading by the buyer.
